Carolyn B. Hand, Esq.
Carolyn Hand is a skilled and compassionate litigator who has represented clients in all aspects of family court matters throughout her legal career. She approaches her legal representation mindful that her clients are dealing with difficult situations and hard decisions, being attentive to their concerns and delivering results based on what the law provides.

Carolyn has significant trial experience representing victims and survivors of domestic abuse, having successfully tried numerous cases to obtain protection for her clients. She is passionate about bringing greater awareness to domestic violence issues.
​
As a mother of an autistic child, Carolyn intimately understands the challenges facing special needs families. Outside her practice as a family law attorney, she dedicates time to supporting and advocating for the autism community.

Carolyn is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School, where she was a semi-finalist in the moot court competition and participated in a study abroad program in Cairo, Egypt, studying international jurisprudence. After graduating from law school, Carolyn served as a law clerk for the Hon. Donald J. Volkert, P.J.S.C. (retired), Presiding Judge of the Family Part, Essex County. Carolyn received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University of Maryland. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Morris County Bar Association. Previously, she was the Managing Staff Attorney for the Morris Family Justice Center.

Caitlin D. Toker, Esq.
Caitlin is highly experienced in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, parenting time, equitable distribution, alimony, and child support. She is a talented legal writer, applying her writing skills to obtain positive results for her clients through motion practice, both during and after their divorces. Caitlin also has experience with adoption and is mindful of the multiple points of view involved in effectively protecting her clients’ interests in all types of divorce and family law cases.

For nearly ten years, Caitlin represented divorce and family law clients at a respected boutique family law firm in Hunterdon County. There, she developed her skills and reputation as a compassionate yet strong advocate for her clients.

Caitlin is a graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While in law school, she represented clients in Family Court through the Family Law Clinic, earning an award for being the most successful student in the Clinic. After graduating from law school, Caitlin served as a law clerk for the Hon. Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., J.S.C., in the Family Part, Somerset County. Caitlin received her undergraduate degree from Drexel University. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Caitlin is a member of the Hunterdon County Bar Association and serves as a panelist for the Early Settlement Panel for the Hunterdon County family court.
